Context

A delegation mission to advance education, skills and workforce cooperation between Ghana and Spain. The programme combined institutional engagements with participation in the Future of Work Summit in Accra.

What we did

• Engagements with Members of Parliament and the National Youth Authority on youth skills and mobility pathways.
• Bilateral discussions with the Spanish Ambassador to Ghana on education and workforce cooperation.
• Participation in the Future of Work Summit, Accra, with AIESEC Alumni Ghana as a convening partner.

Context

Ghanaian student cohorts placed into Spanish vocational training at CIFP San Gabriel. Impact Europa manages the end-to-end pathway from application through to arrival and in-country support.

What we did

• Admissions coordination between applicants in Ghana and the vocational centre in Spain.
• Sworn translation and visa-aligned documentation prepared to Spanish administrative requirements.
• In-country support for arrival, enrolment and integration once students are in Aranda de Duero.

Context

An Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange initiative connecting young people across participating countries. Impact Europa holds a mission coordination role within the project.

What we did

• Mission coordination across consortium partners and delivery schedules.
• Coordination of virtual exchange activity and participant communication.
• Documentation and reporting aligned to Erasmus+ requirements.
