Safeguarding commitment

Principles

The welfare of participants comes before programme volume or commercial outcome. Everyone involved in delivery shares responsibility for recognising and reporting concerns.

Programmes are explained honestly before anyone commits, including requirements, costs, obligations and realistic expectations.

Young people and student-athletes

Where activity involves minors — including education, sport and talent pathways — we expect appropriate consent, supervision arrangements, suitability checks for personnel and clear escalation routes agreed with the partner institution before delivery begins.

Partners and delivery

Partners and delivery organisations are expected to operate their own safeguarding policy, to cooperate on incident handling, and to keep records consistent with their legal obligations.

Data and confidentiality

Safeguarding information is handled confidentially and shared only with those who need it to protect a person or to meet a legal duty.
